Cynthia Fruitrail

Cindy provides executive oversight for board operations, communications, community relations and government relations across WellSpan and serves as Chief of Staff for WellSpan's executive team.

Prior to joining WellSpan, Cindy was with Fairview Health Services in Minneapolis, MN, for more than 20 years, where she most recently served as Vice President of Brands, Marketing and Corporate Communications. She was responsible for strategically positioning the enterprise through brand and reputation management. Her expertise spans executive and board strategic counsel, brand management, reputation management, internal communications, change management and crisis/issues management.

Cindy holds a bachelor's degree in English and master's degree in Communication Studies. Throughout her career, she has been active and supportive of a wide variety of health-related organizations, such as the American Heart Association, Girls on the Run and March of Dimes.
