Diane Salter

Diane Salter has a strong background in healthcare management and training, currently serving as the Director of Surgical Services at WellSpan Health Ephrata Community Hospital since April 2019. In addition, Diane is an Independent Contractor with the Healthy Workforce Institute, specializing in training to eliminate workplace bullying and incivility. Prior experience includes a role as Nurse Manager for the Post Anesthesia Care Unit and Short Stay Unit at WellSpan Health/York Hospital from August 2009 to April 2019. Diane holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Executive/Administration from Chamberlain University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from York College of Pennsylvania, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Lafayette College.
