Gautam Wadhwa

Gautam Wadhwa currently serves as Vice President of Medical Affairs and Chief Medical Officer at WellSpan Health, overseeing WellSpan Chambersburg and Waynesboro hospitals since December 2019. Prior to this role, Gautam held the position of Medical Director of Hospital Medicine for the same hospitals and worked as an Internal Medicine Hospitalist at Peconic Bay Medical Center from July 2017 to November 2019, and at Southcoast Health from September 2013 to September 2017. Gautam began medical training as an Internal Medicine Resident at Legacy Health from June 2010 to June 2013. Education includes a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) obtained from the University of Delhi, and an internship completed at University College of Medical Science & Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital in early 2006.
