Katie Wilt

Katie Wilt, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Population Health Care Management at WellSpan Health, a position held since December 2013. In this role, Katie oversees the development and management of care management programs aligned with the organization's population health strategy, focusing on vulnerable populations and social initiatives. Previously, Katie held multiple positions within WellSpan Health, including Director of Special Programs and Manager of Special Programs, where responsibilities included directing initiatives addressing social determinants of health. Prior to joining WellSpan Health, Katie gained experience at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health, serving as a Business Operations Manager and in various roles, including Provider Relations & Contracting Analyst and Scheduler. Katie holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Saint Leo University.
