Russ Albert

Russ Albert has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Russ is currently serving as the Vice President of Service Line Operations - Neurosciences at WellSpan Health since June 2021. Prior to this role, they held various positions at WellSpan Health, including Administrative Director - Neurosciences from March 2016 to June 2021, Director of Performance Improvement & Compliance from August 2010 to March 2016, and Director of Residential Services (Level of Care Director) from July 2005 to July 2010. Before joining WellSpan Health, Russ worked at Philhaven, where they held positions such as Program Director, Child/Adolescent Residential Services from 2002 to 2005, Case Counselor, Child/Adolescent Residential Services from 1999 to 2002, and Residential Counselor, Child/Adolescent Residential Services from 1997 to 1999.

Russ Albert completed their Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies at Alliance University from 1987 to 1991. Russ later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Healthcare Management Concentration at Lebanon Valley College from 2011 to 2014.
