Sharon Walb

Sharon Walb is an experienced nursing manager currently serving at WellSpan Health since October 2022. With a career spanning over three decades, Sharon has held significant roles including NRP Regional Trainer at the American Academy Pediatrics from January 1992 to November 2022 and Assistant Vice President of Patient Care Services at Self Regional Healthcare from 2011 to August 2022. Sharon has directed operations of maternity and postpartum services and previously worked at Hanover Hospital as the Director of Women's and Children's Services and as an LPN, collaborating across various hospital units. Education includes a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Western Governor's University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from York College of Pennsylvania.
