Sara Moberg

Sara Moberg is a highly experienced professional in the fields of research and development, with a focus on biological safety and food science. Currently serving as a Senior R&D Scientist and Biological Safety Specialist at Wellspect HealthCare since January 2017, Sara previously held the position of Development Engineer within the same company from August 2012 to December 2014. Prior experience includes working as an Analytical Chemist at Astra Tech and serving as a PhD scientific literature reviewer at Food and Health Concept Center AB. Sara completed a Ph.D. in Food Science at Chalmers University of Technology, where the research focused on the associations between dietary factors and allergy development, involving both human and animal studies. Educational achievements also include a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and a senior high school diploma in Science from Bergaskolan.
