Deborah Elder

Deborah Elder is an experienced nursing professional with a comprehensive background in various healthcare settings. Currently serving as the Director of Nursing at Maximum Rehabilitation Services, LTD since February 2018, and as a registered nurse at Wellspring Healthcare Services and Maxim Healthcare Services since September 2014 and August 2008, respectively. Deborah’s extensive expertise encompasses home health care, wound care, and independent living support. Previous positions include RN roles at Lexington Health Care, Nurses PRN, and Tabor Hills Senior Living, highlighting skills in patient assessment, medication administration, compliance with health standards, and modification of treatment plans based on patient responses.
