Kari Sophie King, LMSW, has extensive experience in providing trauma-informed psychotherapy and program coordination for female victims of Domestic Minor Sex Trafficking. Since May 2012, Kari has worked as a Therapist at Wellspring Living, where evidence-based approaches such as DBT and TF-CBT are utilized. Prior roles at Wellspring Living, Inc. include Interim Program Coordinator, where responsibilities included directing staff and programming, and Logistics/Volunteer Coordinator, focusing on residential treatment logistics. Previous experience includes Service Coordinator at Trevecca Towers, where Kari supported elderly and disabled residents, and Program Coordinator/Case Manager at Nashville Rescue Mission, managing cases for women recovering from addiction. Education includes a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Taylor University.
