Mary Frances Bowley

Mary Frances Bowley has a strong background in fighting against human trafficking and advocating for victims. Mary Frances is the Executive Director and Founder of Wellspring Living, a non-profit organization in Atlanta that focuses on providing specialized recovery services for domestic sex trafficking victims and those at risk. In addition to their work at Wellspring Living, Mary Frances has served as a GRACE Commission Member for the Office of Governor Brian P. Kemp, where they collaborate with various organizations and institutions to combat human trafficking and seek justice for the victims. Mary Frances was also a Founding Member of the Governor's Task Force for CSEC Victims and a Commission Member for the Georgia Commission on Family Violence. Mary Frances is dedicated to coordinating community responses and providing support to those affected by family violence.

Mary Frances Bowley earned a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Samford University in 1973. Mary Frances then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, completing their studies in 1976.
