Marta Hyun Conner

Marta Hyun Conner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in philanthropy, focusing on human rights and social justice. Since April 2002, Marta has served as the Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Wellspring Philanthropic Fund, where responsibilities have included leading various programs related to children's economic security and anti-poverty initiatives. Previous roles at Wellspring include Program Director, Senior Program Officer, and Program Officer, highlighting a progressive career dedicated to disadvantaged children and families. Prior to this, Marta held positions including Intern at GoodWeave USA, Public Ally with AmeriCorps, and intern in the office of U.S. Senator Joseph R. Biden. Marta holds a Master’s degree in International Development from American University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from the University of Delaware.
