Tiffany Baran

Tiffany Baran is a seasoned professional in grant management and development with extensive experience in the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as a Grants Management Associate at Wellspring Philanthropic Fund since January 2023, Tiffany is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of grant information and engaging prospective grantees. Previously, as Development Director at New Dramatists from October 2012 to December 2022, Tiffany led a team that generated over $1.2 million in annual contributed income, managed grant applications, and organized fundraising events that raised over $370,000 per year. Tiffany's earlier roles also include Development Manager positions at The Pearl Theatre Company and The Flea Theater, contributing significantly to fundraising efforts and establishing departmental structures.
