Jamie Thorp

Jamie Thorp, LLMSW, is a psychotherapist at Wellspring Therapeutic Partners, LLC. Previously, Jamie worked as an outreach and education program assistant and domestic violence advocate at Alternatives For Girls. Jamie also gained experience as a BSW intern at Care House Macomb Child Advocacy Center, where they observed forensic interviews and facilitated crisis counseling. Before their social work career, Jamie worked as a hostess and to-go server at Khom Fai: Thai Dining Experience. Jamie holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Wayne State University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. They also have an Associate of Arts from Macomb Community College and a high school diploma from Chippewa Valley High School.
