Fleurette Joseph

Fleurette Joseph is an accomplished nursing professional with extensive experience in healthcare management and clinical nursing. Currently serving as the Director of Nursing at Cobb Medical Center within Wellstar Health System since February 2016, Fleurette has also held positions as Nurse Manager and Charge Nurse at Paulding Medical Center. Fleurette's prior experience includes being a Charge Nurse at Cartersville Medical Center and a Clinical Nurse in the MICU/CCU at Emory St Joseph Hospital of Atlanta. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Université de Montréal and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix, Fleurette's expertise is recognized through the AMSN PRISM Award received in October 2023 from the Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses and the Medical-Surgical Nursing Certification Board.
