Jana Romano

Jana Romano, MBA SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Associate VP of Human Resources for the Physician Enterprise at Wellstar Health System since September 2024. Prior to this role, Jana held various positions at Penn Medicine, including Associate Chief Human Resources Officer for Penn Primary Care and Penn Specialty Practices, where significant HR projects and strategies were implemented. Earlier experience includes HR Manager and Senior HR Business Partner at Good Shepherd Penn Partners, where Jana contributed to the organization’s structural development, and HR Manager roles at PENN Surgery and JRB Surgical Associates. Jana holds an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Pittsburgh and a BS in Business Management from Grove City College.
