Jessica Polk

Jessica Polk, DrPH, MPH, BSN, RN, currently serves as the Director of Clinical Integration Programs at Wellstar Health System since October 2023. Previously, Jessica held multiple roles at Emory Healthcare from July 2019 to October 2023, including Lead for Ambulatory Care Coordination and Ambulatory Care Coordinator. Jessica was also an Emerging Leader Fellow with the American Academy of Ambulatory Care Nursing from March 2022 to April 2023 and contributed as a member of the CCTM Course Evaluation Assessment Task Force. Jessica's earlier experience includes positions as a Utilization Review Nurse and Medical Surgical Nurse at Scripps Health, and a Utilization Review/Case Management Nurse at Alvarado Hospital. Jessica began a nursing career as a Medical Surgical Nurse at Riverview Regional Medical Center. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Public Health from Georgia Southern University, a Master of Public Health from San Diego State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Jacksonville State University.
