Melissa Ann Guy, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MBA, serves as the Executive Director of Employee Benefits at Wellstar Health System since February 2018, previously holding the position of Director of Employee Benefits within the same organization. Prior to Wellstar, Melissa worked at Aon as Vice President of Health & Benefits from February 2016 to January 2018 and at Provision Healthcare / ProNova as VP of Human Resources between June 2014 and October 2015. Earlier career roles include VP of HR, Benefits & Compensation at Chevaux Limited / HRO Consulting, and AVP of Human Resources at ActionLink. Melissa also held the position of Sr. Director of HR Consulting & Training at Oasis Outsourcing and Director of Human Resources at MWI Pumps. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Psychology & Business Management from Saint Louis University and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Case Western Reserve University.
