Ashilee Dumas

Ashilee Dumas, MSW, currently serves as an Outpatient Therapist and Outreach Therapist at WellStone since December 2021, while also working as a Behavior Specialist at The Solace Group since August 2020. Prior experience includes a role as a Substance Abuse Counselor at Huntsville Recovery Inc from October 2018 to August 2020, where clinical supervision was facilitated to enhance counselor skills. Ashilee worked at Huntsville City Schools as an After School Group Leader from January 2019 to April 2020, organizing programs to support student academic and soft skills development. Earlier career roles involved internships at First Stop, Inc., Hospice of North Alabama Inc., American Senior Assistance Programs, Inc., and Signature Healthcare, focusing on psychosocial evaluations, behavior assessments, and support for terminally ill patients. Ashilee earned a Master of Social Work from Alabama A&M University Graduate School and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University.
