Julie Miller-Phipps

Julie Miller-Phipps is a highly experienced healthcare executive and consultant, currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Wellth, Collaborative Innovation Partners, HC2 Strategies, and Grow Therapy. Between July 2024 and the present, Julie has applied expertise in behavioral economics at Wellth and led consulting services focused on executive leadership and strategic planning at Collaborative Innovation Partners. Previously, Julie held various leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente from January 1977 to July 2023, culminating as President of the Southern California and Hawaii Markets, where oversight extended to nearly 5 million members. Julie holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from California State University, Fullerton, a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from the University of La Verne, and has additional academic affiliations with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University of Southern California.
