Claire Rudolph

Claire Rudolph is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in product management and coaching. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Head of Product at WellTheory since March 2021, Claire also operates Claire Rudolph Coaching, specializing in supporting startup cofounding teams, new managers, and high performers experiencing burnout. Previous roles include Head of Product at PeopleGrove, where Claire was instrumental in scaling the company’s products and revenue, and a Product Manager at Bill.com, contributing to significant customer growth. Claire's earlier positions include Chief of Staff in People Operations at Dropbox and founding Backyard Fun Camp, a summer program for children.
