Kristina Wong

Kristina Wong is a seasoned health coach with extensive experience in administrative support and leadership roles within educational institutions. Currently serving as a Health Coach at WellTheory since January 2022, Kristina also operates as the Owner and Health Coach at You to the World since 2019. Prior to these positions, Kristina held multiple Administrative Support Coordinator roles at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2010 to 2021, contributing to various departments including the School of Education, Mathematics Department, and Kinesiology Department. Additional experience includes serving as a CSM Staff Committee Member from 2018 to 2021 and working as a Student Assistant during academic years 2007 to 2010. Kristina began their career as an Assistant to Senior VP at Wachovia Securities in 2005. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Kinesiology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and health coaching certifications from the Health Coach Institute while pursuing a Massage Practitioner Program at the California Holistic Institute.
