Susie Armstrong

Susie Armstrong is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in member experience, operations, and medical claims management. Currently serving as Member Experience and Operations Analyst at Wellthy since November 2019, Susie has held multiple roles, including Care Manager and Senior Team Lead, focusing on coordinating healthcare needs for individuals with chronic conditions. Prior to this, Susie spent over two decades at Armstrong and Weinstein, LLC, as Director of Medical Claims Management, where efforts were directed towards reducing hospital Accounts Receivable by appealing denied claims. Earlier career highlights include managing the Medical Appeals Division at Clark and Mascaro, LLC, and serving as Director of Utilization Review at Charter Manatee Palms Hospital. Susie holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from Ithaca College and continues to pursue further education at the University of South Florida.
