Cheryl Dai

Cheryl (Qiming) Dai is a seasoned accounting professional currently serving as Controller at Welltower™ Inc. since June 2025. Previously, Cheryl held the position of Director of Accounting at Presidium from August 2018 to April 2025, where responsibilities included portfolio management and leading teams. Cheryl's earlier experience includes roles such as Assistant Controller for Presidium Development and Corporate and Real Estate Development Accounting Manager in Dallas, where focus was on financial reporting and analytics. Cheryl started the career at Centaurus Property Management as a Property Accountant and later took on the role of Accounts Payable Manager.
