John Fatica

John Fatica, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Accountant in Transactions Accounting at Welltower™ Inc. since January 2023. Previously, John held multiple roles at O-I, including Operations Analyst and Intermediate Accountant for the Americas, alongside participating in a Finance Leadership Development Program as a Staff Auditor and Plant Accountant. Prior experience includes an internship at Nationwide Insurance in the Finance Shared Services Center and a role as a Public Accounting Intern at Clark, Schaefer, Hackett & Co., where John prepared and reviewed financial statements and performed audit procedures. John also served as Vice President of Finance for The Accounting Association at Ohio State University, managing transactions and budgeting for events. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Economics from The Ohio State University and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Bowling Green State University.
