Shanna Hubert

Shanna Hubert, CCFP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Talent Management at Welltower™ Inc. since December 2024, Shanna previously held multiple director-level positions at Dave & Buster's Inc. from August 2021 to December 2024, overseeing international support, human resources, and people relations. Prior to this, Shanna was Sr. Director of Human Resources at Highland Ventures, LTD, from February 2014 to August 2021, where responsibilities included the execution of a nationwide recruitment strategy and alignment of talent with business goals. Earlier career roles included Director of Apparel and Accessories at XSport Fitness and Boutique Buyer & Department Manager at E Street Denim Co Inc., following the entrepreneurial venture as Owner of Freesia Boutique. Shanna holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from DePaul University.
