Kevin Dotson

Kevin Dotson is a seasoned actuarial professional with extensive experience in value-based care and analytics across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as VP of Actuarial at Wellvana since July 2024, previous roles include Principal at The Terry Group and Senior Vice President of Analytics at Signify Health, where responsibilities involved leading actuarial teams and driving analytics strategies for Medicare and commercial segments. Dotson has a proven track record in successfully building actuarial teams, implementing operational changes, and supporting client services in multiple healthcare lines. Earlier roles include Vice President of Actuarial Services at Lee Health, where leadership extended to managing a Medicaid provider health plan, and significant positions at UnitedHealth Group and Anthem, Inc., overseeing extensive member segments and national accounts pricing.
