In addition, Marco co-founded Portchester Estates in 2011, an award-winning luxury residential developer known for creating aspirational homes in prime locations. Furthermore, since 2010, Marco has also been a co-founder of Salt, a leading digital recruitment firm with over 400 staff across 18 global offices, dedicated to assisting blue-chip clients in their digital transformation efforts.
