Anurag Ku is a logistics and supply chain management professional with extensive experience in overseeing operations and team leadership. Currently serving as Logistics and Dispatch Manager at Welspun Flooring since August 2023, Anurag is responsible for managing logistics and dispatch across three plants, along with overseeing warehouse automation activities. Concurrently, Anurag works as Assistant Manager in Supply Chain Management at Welspun Group since March 2021, focusing on outbound logistics, inventory management, and leading a team of 15-20 members in both the Yarn and Carpet divisions. Prior experience includes a tenure at Jyothy Laboratories Ltd. from February 2011 to February 2021, where Anurag handled supply and logistics activities, operations, inventory management, and production planning control.
