Samiksha Gupta currently serves as the Head of Digital at Welspun One, where responsibilities include driving a digital mindset across the organization, implementing technologies to improve operational efficiency, and enhancing stakeholder experiences through innovative solutions. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Digital Strategy & Transformation, focusing on cross-functional digital initiatives at Welspun One, and Brand Strategy at Publicis Groupe, where Samiksha developed integrated marketing plans and go-to-market strategies. As a Management Consultant at Deloitte, Samiksha worked on digital transformation and customer experience projects across various industries. Additionally, Samiksha was recognized as a global finalist in Schneider Electric's Go Green in the City 2016 challenge and participated in the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations conference in 2017. Samiksha holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai and completed executive education in Digital Transformation at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2022.
