Lyner Odera

Lyner Odera is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive experience in managing HR functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resource Manager at German Agro Action since October 2010 and as Human Resources Manager at Welthungerhilfe since April 2005, Lyner is responsible for all HR management activities from hiring to exit processes. Previous experience includes a role as Human Resource Manager at Spartan Relief from May 1998 to April 2005, where responsibilities encompassed office management and compliance as well as acting as Personal Assistant to the Director. Lyner's educational background includes an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Nairobi, a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Kenya Methodist University, and a Diploma in Business Management from the Kenya Institute of Management.
