Cameron W. Deane

Attorney at Weltman, Weinberg & Reis

With over a decade of experience in the legal field, Cameron joined the firm’s Philadelphia office in April of 2022. His thorough understanding of the bankruptcy process allows him to develop cost-effective recovery strategies that protect his clients’ best interests. Having worked on numerous consumer bankruptcy cases in the past, Cameron prides himself on the ability to anticipate opposing counsel’s next move. He proactively uses this skill to advise clients on the best path forward.

Prior to joining Weltman, Cameron worked as an attorney for another law firm located in Bensalem, PA. During this time, he represented clients in both state and federal bankruptcy proceedings while also supporting other key practice areas of the firm. He offered clients extensive consultation, negotiated deals, argued pre-trial motions, and litigated hearings in federal bankruptcy court. Before this role, he worked for the same law firm as a senior paralegal supporting all consumer bankruptcy cases.

Cameron is a proud graduate of Temple University’s Beasley School of Law – class of 2020. He also received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Temple, crediting the school for fostering his keen interest in the law. Outside of the office, one can find Cameron hitting the ski slopes in the winter or the beach in the summer. He’s also an avid sports fan, dedicating his loyalty to the Philadelphia Eagles as well as the University of Nebraska Cornhuskers (unfortunately) due to being raised in a small farm town in Nebraska.
