Evie Mcpherson

Evie (McGinnis) McPherson has extensive experience in human resources and administration. Evie (McGinnis) currently works as the Director of Administration at Welty Energy since 2023. From 2012 to 2023, they held the role of President, HR Consulting Services at EVMac, LLC.

Prior to their current roles, Evie served as the VP of Human Resources at Heartland Fabrication from 2018 to 2019. At GAI Consultants, Inc. from 2019 to 2023, they were responsible for building and enhancing Total Rewards and HR operations.

Evie (McGinnis) also held leadership positions at West Virginia University Foundation, Inc., Jackson Kelly PLLC, West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission, and Glenville State College. Throughout their career, Evie has demonstrated expertise in areas such as recruitment, benefits administration, payroll, talent management, and policy development.

Evie (McGinnis) McPherson completed their education from Glenville State University, from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Regents Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management. Additionally, they obtained a certification from the International Public Management Association (IPMA-HR) in 2005.
