Demddy Basimi

Demddy Basimi has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Demddy is currently serving as the Head of Securities Finance E-Platform Coverage and Sales at Wematch.live since August 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Barclays Investment Bank for over ten years, holding various positions. From January 2012 to October 2018, they served as a Vice President - Equity Finance Trader. Earlier, from October 2008 to January 2012, they worked as an AVP - Equity Finance Trading Operations Manager at the same company. Before joining Barclays, Demddy Basimi worked at UBS as a Prime Equity Synthetic Products Trade Support from September 2005 to October 2008.

Demddy Basimi attended Lancaster University from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
