Bruno Dinato

Bruno Dinato's work experience begins in 2010 when they served as a Credit Supervisor at Banco Panamericano. In 2011, they joined Ultragaz as a Trainee and later went on to become a Sales Consultant, Market Intelligence Coordinator, and eventually a Sales Manager in charge of the SãJose dos Campos Commercial Unit. Bruno held this role until 2019. In 2019, Bruno joined Weme and initially worked in Business Development before transitioning to Head of Business Development. Bruno later became a Partner and CSO, then Partner and Design Director, and is currently serving as the Partner & CEO. In 2023, Bruno also co-founded Libri, a platform that connects talented individuals with job opportunities, where they currently hold the role of Co-Founder & Board Member.

In 2011, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho.

In 2013, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.

In 2015, Bruno completed their MBA program, concluding their studies at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.

In 2019, they participated in an Extension Program in Strategic Foresight Studies at OCAD University.

In the same year, they pursued a Specialization in Service Design at Istituto Europeo di Design - IED São Paulo, completing their studies in 2020.

In 2018, Bruno obtained a certification in Design Thinking Experience from Echos - Innovation Lab.

In 2019, they acquired a certification in Scrum Experience from Hiflex Consultoria.

Later in 2019, they obtained a Design for Change certification from IDEO U.

In 2023, Bruno completed an In-Person Certificate program in Product Management from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

In terms of additional certifications, Bruno acquired a certificate in Finanças Corporativas from Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2013.

In 2017, they obtained a SIELE - Certificado de Calificación from SIELE.

Finally, in 2011, Bruno obtained a FCE - First Certificate in English from Cambridge Assessment English.
