Fred Xavier is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in leadership and software development. Currently serving as Tech Lead at Weme since January 2023, Fred utilizes a range of advanced methodologies and technologies, including Scrum, Agile, and various frameworks such as React and NodeJS, to deliver solutions for major companies like Rappi and Alelo. Prior experience includes roles at Braint Tech, where Fred was instrumental in strategic decisions and team integration during the company's sale to Weme. With a solid foundation in frontend development and product ownership at previous positions, Fred holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems from USP and a Técnico em Informática from CEFET-MG.
