Marcelo Feliciano

Marcelo Feliciano has a diverse work experience. Marcelo currently works as a Business Designer at weme since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Raízen from April 2020 to July 2021, where they held the role of Innovation Analyst. Marcelo also worked as an Integrated Quality Intern at Raízen from January 2019 to April 2020. Marcelo has a strong educational background as well. Marcelo was a Student of Graduation at FEA UNICAMP from January 2015 to June 2020 and was a Scholar of the Student Support Program from August 2018 to November 2018. Marcelo also gained research experience as a Scientific Initiation Scholar at CNPq from August 2017 to July 2018, where they participated in projects focused on process optimization and microbiology. Additionally, Marcelo has experience in leadership and strategic management as the Financial and Administrative Director at GEPEA - Consultoria em Alimentos from January 2016 to December 2016. Marcelo also worked as a Quality Advisor at GEPEA from May 2015 to December 2015 and as a Business Advisor at Núcleo das Empresas Juniores da Unicamp from October 2015 to May 2016.

Marcelo Feliciano completed their education from 2015 to 2020, studying at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Marcelo has obtained several certifications in various fields. Some of the certifications they have received include "Curso de OKR - Objectives & Key Results" from FM2S Educação e Consultoria in December 2022, "Aprender para Liderar" from PUC-RS in October 2022, and "Formando Campeões: Liderança F.C." from Escola Conquer in October 2022. Marcelo has also acquired certifications in co-creation of products and services, influencing skills, strategic planning, design sprint, testing methodologies, idea generation, prototyping, understanding and empathy, sustainable bioinnovation, antiracist culture, sustainability deconstruction, collaborative economy, introduction to design thinking, service design, and professional, emotional, and technological competencies for times of change. It is evident that Marcelo Feliciano is committed to continuous learning and personal development.
