Bimal Kandel has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Bimal began their career as a Teaching Assistant at Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, they became an Entrepreneur and managed all aspects of their own business, Shuva Kandel Electronics, where they successfully streamlined operations, sourced new suppliers, and led a sales team to increase market share and revenue. In 2015, Bimal also worked at Chaudhary Group as a Sales Executive and later as a Senior Sales Executive, where they developed annual business plans, increased market share and average sale size, and improved business efficiency.

Bimal joined Amazon in 2019 as an Associate before taking on roles as a Process Assistant and Operations Analyst / Process Assistant - Outbound, where they were responsible for operational analysis and process improvement. Bimal worked at Amazon until 2023.

In 2023, Bimal also gained experience as a Data Analyst at Correlation One, where they participated in a 17-week data analytics program, developing expertise in solving real-world business and technical challenges through data analytics techniques and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Currently, Bimal is working as a Business Operations Analyst at Wen-Parker Logistics since 2023.
