Florence G. began their work experience in 2012 at Inetum, where they worked as a Contrat Pro - Ingénieur d'affaires and also completed a stage in HR. Florence then joined Touring Assurances - AXA Global Direct group in 2014 as a Cheffe de projet digital. In 2015, Florence worked as a Business Developer France at OneStock France until 2018. In 2019, they became the Responsable du développement at Wenabi and later transitioned to the role of Sales Team Leader. Most recently, Florence joined Team for the Planet in 2022 as an Associée.

Florence G. began their education at Polytech Lille in 2008, where they pursued a degree in Engineering with a focus on Measurement Systems and Applied Business.
