Ioana Nicolas

Ioana Nicolas currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel in M&A and Finance at Wendel since July 2022. Prior experience includes a position as Associate at Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier from March 2015 to March 2022, along with a role as Visiting Attorney at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in 2018. Ioana was also an Associate at Allen & Overy from October 2012 to March 2015 and completed an internship in Corporate/M&A at the same firm in early 2012. Earlier internships were held at Linklaters, TOTAL Raffinage et Marketing, and Lagardère. Academic qualifications include a CAPA from EFB, a Master 2 in Droit des Affaires et Management-Gestion, and a Master 1 in Droit des affaires from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, along with studies at University College Dublin.
