Kenneth Jackson

Kenneth Jackson has extensive experience in customer service and tourism, currently serving as a Tour Guide at Wendella since April 2017, where tours on the Chicago River are conducted with a focus on architecture and improvisation amidst the bustling environment. Previously, Kenneth worked as a Deckhand at Wendella, ensuring guest safety and service. Earlier roles include a Crew Member at AMC Theatres, assisting customers with ticket purchases and maintaining cleanliness in the theater, and as a Recreation Coordinator at the Chicago Park District, creating sports and activities for youth during summer camps. Kenneth holds an Associate's degree in Marketing from City Colleges of Chicago-Harold Washington College and has pursued further education at the University of Illinois Chicago.
