Rajesh G.V.P has over a decade of experience in maintenance roles within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Deputy Manager Maintenance at Western India Cashew Company Pvt. Ltd. since September 2020, Rajesh previously held the position of Maintenance Executive at VARUN BEVERAGES LIMITED, where responsibilities included initiating and managing maintenance activities while identifying areas for improvement. Prior to that, Rajesh worked at PepsiCo in a similar capacity, successfully enhancing operational efficiencies through process modifications and equipment calibrations. Rajesh holds a Mechanical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology and completed secondary education at St. Augustine High School.
