Joe Heckes

Joe Heckes serves as the Director of Manufacturing at Wendover Art Group since November 2022, overseeing daily operations for a multi-channel manufacturer specializing in high-quality artwork, mirrors, wallcoverings, and interior signage for both residential and commercial markets. Prior to this role, Joe spent over seven years at Masonite International, holding positions such as Regional Quality Manager and Division Quality Engineer, where responsibilities included developing quality operations for various door divisions and implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance performance. Joe holds an MBA from the University of Florida and two degrees from the University of South Florida, including a Master’s in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering.
