Andrew Lewis IV

Andrew Lewis IV currently serves as a Development Associate at Wendover Housing Partners, beginning in May 2024. Prior experience includes participation in the Global Real Estate Fellowship and the Real Estate Development Fellowship at Project Destined, along with involvement in the ICSC Foundation Mentorship Program through ICSC. Andrew has held roles such as Co-Founder at 7 Properties and Founder of Sneaker Renegade from 2021 to 2023. Leadership experience includes serving as President, Vice President, and Director of Membership & Recruitment for the Real Estate & Leadership Club at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. Additionally, Andrew completed an internship in Real Estate Acquisition at Tricon Residential and gained experience as a City Commission Intern with the City of Tallahassee. Andrew holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
