Mike Dates

Mike Dates has a diverse range of work experience. Mike started their career in 1994 as a Buyer for Reichert Opthalmic Instruments Inc, where they were responsible for procurement and sourcing activities. In 1999, they moved to Armstrong Pumps as a Procurement Manager, Materials Manager, and Purchasing Agent, where they focused on global sourcing, cost reduction, and supplier management. From 2004 to 2013, Mike worked at IMA LIFE as a Supply Manager, overseeing the supply management division for a global multi-plant division. Since 2013, they have been working at WENDT CORPORATION as Vice President of Supply Chain and Logistics, where they have overall responsibility for purchasing, production planning, shipping/receiving, import/export, and global logistics. In addition to their corporate experience, Mike also worked as a USCG licensed Captain for Seas The Day Charters LLC since 2017.

Mike Dates attended the University at Buffalo from 1984 to 1989, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
