Andrew Vicks

Andrew Vicks, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in restaurant operations and performance analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Restaurant Operations Services and Project Manager for Operations Integration at The Wendy's Company since May 2014, Andrew leads large-scale product tests and partnerships that enhance customer and team experiences across over 6,000 North American restaurants. Notable achievements include the national integration of new products resulting in significant customer growth and the successful implementation of Coca-Cola Freestyle®. Prior to The Wendy's Company, Andrew served in various roles within the U.S. Coast Guard, including Performance Analyst and Training Program Manager, where contributions included the development of high-risk training standards and curriculum improvements. Andrew holds a Master’s Degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Government from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
