Casteel Borsay

Casteel Borsay is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and claims. Currently serving as Sr. Legal Counsel for The Wendy's Company since August 2020, Casteel was recognized as Employee of the Year in 2022. Prior to this role, Casteel held positions at JONES DAY® as a Business & Tort Litigation Associate from 2014 to 2020 and as a legal counsel in litigation. Additionally, Casteel gained valuable experience in the Durham County Court System as a Guardian ad Litem and completed internships at Jones Day, the Ohio Attorney General's Office, and the Hancock County Prosecutor's Office. Casteel holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Duke Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
