Kerry Green

Kerry Green is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in franchise and corporate law. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel - Global Franchise at The Wendy's Company since September 2016, Kerry has held various titles within the organization, including Director of Global Franchise Counsel and Director of Franchise Counsel. Prior to this role, Kerry worked at Abercrombie & Fitch as Director of the Legal Department and at Tim Hortons as Senior Corporate Counsel specializing in Franchising & Development. Kerry’s early legal career includes a partnership at Hahn Loeser + Parks LLP and positions at Jones Day as an associate in litigation. Kerry obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Akron School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Education from The Ohio State University.
