Rodrigo Barbosa

Rodrigo Barbosa, LEED AP, is an accomplished construction and development professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Sr Director Internacional Construction at The Wendy's Company since March 2017, Rodrigo leads a diverse team across five countries, overseeing the growth of company and franchisee restaurants in over 30 countries and managing more than 200 projects annually, including new construction and reimages. Prior roles include Director of International Restaurant Development at ICM - International Concept Management from January 2013 to February 2017, Operations Director at Thor Construction from December 2004 to December 2012, and Vice President of Management alongside Sr Project Manager roles. Rodrigo holds a Master's degree in Architecture and Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the Federal University of Ceara.
