Pablo Duc

Pablo Duc is a Partner and insolvency specialist at Wenger Plattner, where they contribute to the insolvency and restructuring team. They have over 20 years of experience as a trustee, liquidator, and extraordinary bankruptcy administrator, managing significant bankruptcy and estate proceedings both nationally and internationally. Previously, Pablo held various roles including Recovery Betreuer at UBS AG and Verwaltungsratspräsident at Transliq AG, where they led complex insolvency proceedings and provided legal counsel. Pablo earned a degree in law from the Universität Bern between 1990 and 1997.
