Sowmya Ramanathan

Sowmya Ramanathan has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Sowmya currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at Wenger & Watson Inc. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Consultant specializing in Organization Development, People Strategy, and Human Resources from 2016 to 2020. Sowmya has also held leadership roles in various companies such as Thirdware Solution Ltd., GAVS, and HCL Technologies. Their roles in these companies include Global Head of Human Resources, Head of Human Resources, Deputy General Manager of HR, and Associate General Manager of HR.

Sowmya Ramanathan has attended the University of Madras and the Madras School of Social Work.
